- Be an advocate within the organization on best practices and emerging trends in email marketing.
- Coordinate with Campaign team to ensure timely and accurate implementation of campaign for smooth user experience and effective campaign performance.
- Execute and implementation the CRM solutions and Marketing Automation Platforms
- Manage the creation and update of emails, Whatsapp communication campaigns, forms and reports for campaigns and webpages
- Plan and set up multiple nurture streams and automated set-up to optimize the customer's journey map
- Follow the campaign communications calendar and execute campaigns and report on the performance
- Quality assurance of the campaigns
- Regularly monitor campaign delivery & perform basic troubleshooting on issues related to delivery Generate regular/ ad hoc reports following standardized templates
- Coordinate with Product team to conduct UAT Test for CRM Platform features
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across markets, keeping them informed of the progress of campaign launch/ refresh.
- 1-2 years (Associate) and 4 - 6 years (Senior Associate) of experience working with CRM/ Campaign operation experience
- Able to work on weekends/holidays (when required)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
