- Achieve target revenue and growth goals of existing and new travel agent accounts for assigned territories, for offline sales channels.
- Solicit and bring in sales from leisure, business and group travel for offline sales.
- Establish at least monthly touchpoints with key accounts and at least two annual in-person visits to ensure revenue attainment and support from wholesale partners.
- Identify business development opportunities and report in daily/weekly sales report/meeting.
- Be key liaison and accountable for completion of all sales tasks inclusive of pre-sales activities (follow-up, analysis, legal review) and post-sales support (client support, distribution support, etc.).
- Always maintain excellent communication and act as a primary company representative.
- Contactable and reachable by the clients at all times.
- Execute and deliver the result on new projects in line with sales growth.
- Provide training and product briefings to clients if required.
- Follow working procedures and ensure SOPs compliance.
- Assist in filing group fares and negotiation with agents.
- Prepare reports to communicate the progress of daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly account status and initiatives to internal stakeholders as well as key account performance reviews for existing corporate clients.
- Provide monthly sales reporting and attend the monthly sales meeting/ trade events
