    What the day will look like

    The Senior Associate Consultant will be responsible for leading and managing key clients, high impact and diverse consulting projects in Rewards Advisory, Organization Design and Performance Consulting including leading sales and business development opportunities.

  • Identify prospects and facilitate business development conversation on Data Solution and Advisory
  • Lead proposal development for Human Capital Solutions
  • Core team member for the Data Solutions business which includes being the key relationship / account manager and ensure successful delivery of the survey product as well as data advisory solutions.
  • Deliver high quality, effective deliverables for our clients in the areas of Executive Compensation, Employee Rewards, People Advisory and Data Advisory.
  • Lead multi modules projects independently and ensure high quality, timeliness and profitability targets met
  • Analyse large amounts of data to drive findings and insights in client engagements.
  • Work with the senior members of the team to develop client solutions and recommendations and present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to senior client management team.
  • Develop and manage client relationships that grow and proactively identify additional work opportunities
  • Mentor and guide the junior members of team on client project / deliveries
  • Create intellectual capital on subject of expertise for sharing with clients and with the team.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or Human Resource from a renowned university
  • 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in the human resources field specializing in the areas of Rewards Management (Compensation and Benefits). Prior consulting experience will be an added advantage
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills – especially report writing
  • Effective facilitation skills – able to facilitate workshop / training sessions effectively
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to conceptualize, analyze and story tell
  • Strong project management skills, able to independently run projects, ensuring quality, timeliness and profitability
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills
  • Proven client management or account management experience
  • Lead and support business development activities
  • Actively network in the market and source new clients
