Description

1)

Provide expert support and resolve complex issues revolving around Microsoft 365 functionalities, including but not limited to:
Exchange Online (EXO), SharePoint Online (SPO), Azure Entra ID and Cloud Security configurations.

2) Design and develop SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SharePoint solutions.

Play an active role in establishing the Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE), implementing best practices and driving client success.

3) Undertake and work with respective team onto the management of Exchange Online, Azure Entra ID, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Conditional Access Policies and other Cloud initiatives as and when needed.

4) Define and integrate M365 services such as Sharepoint/Teams/Exchange/OneDrive with other business systems and applications.

5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align SharePoint/M365 solutions accordingly. Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

6) Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all configurations, customizations and administration procedures.
7) May participate and work closely with Security teams to implement and enforce security policies, risk assessments and procedures within M365 ecosystem. Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements.

8) Preferred experience with Microsoft Intune to further enhance client solutions (Nice to have).
