  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a highly motivated, genuinely passionate individual who will support our team as a Technical Account Management Intern. Join our Technical Account Managers where you can shine with not only your analytical ability but also your communication skills

    By working with us, your communication skills will be sharpened as you manage integration relationship with our merchants and their technical teams. You will also be able to sharpen your analytical skills as you will oversee the quality of product url and help to keep operation running smoothly.

  • Ensure successful on-boarding and data integration of new e-commerce merchants onto our platform throughout each phase of the lifecycle
  • Perform and analyze integration tests, locate problems, identify roots causes and develop the solutions
  • Communicate technical and performance issues to the merchant and to our internal teams
  • Support teams to drive initiatives forward in a timely manner
  • Requirements

  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skill
  • Students/Fresh Graduates in Information Systems/IT/Computer Studies (Software, Sciences etc) are encouraged to apply
  • Strong critical thinking skills and an analytical mindset
  • Positive, go-to attitude, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Candidates are currently studying or based in Malaysia (Bangsar South) are preferred
  • Able to meet a minimum of 16 weeks' (4 months) placement starting in May 2023.
