    The Role

    You Will Be Responsible For

    • Providing lawyers with secretarial and administrative support.
    • Managing signatories and handling simple legal documents.
    • Handling and screening all incoming calls.
    • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.
    • Assisting in the preparation and filing of legal documents.
    • Managing and maintaining executives' schedules and appointments.

    Ideal Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience within a Legal Secretary role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
    • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
    • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
    • Prior documentation experience would be an advantage.
    • You have good typing speed and an eye for detail.
    • You have working knowledge of keep up with court diary
    • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
