    Summary

    Collaborate directly with the CE Procurement Team in Malaysia to implement Procurement Tools and drive mitigation activities. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within supply chain operations. Interacts directly with their supervisor, the SCM Procurement Data Team, and the CE Procurement Team located at the Kulim and Johor sites.

    Detailed Description

    ● Automation of manual reports being run at the site level
    ● Evaluate current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
    ● Work closely with the Procurement Team to implement data-driven solutions that enhance
    efficiency
    ● Extract actionable insights and present findings to support informed decision-making.
    ● Implement data validation processes and troubleshoot data discrepancies.

    Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

    ● Knowledge of supply chain principles, procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory
    management.
    ● Good knowledge of SCM and manufacturing processes and ERP applications.
    ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
    ● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Intermediate Excel proficiency (e.g., advanced formulas and functions, creating pivot tables, utilizing data validation, Macros: recording and running simple automated sequences of commands
    ● Preferred proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and
    ● Required proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)

    Physical Demands

    ● Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
    ● Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer
    monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
    ● Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.)
    are frequently required.
    ● Occasional travel may be required, under 10%.

    Typical Experience

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management
  • Typical Education

    ● Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and
    experience.
    ● Educational requirements may vary by geography.
