As our Customer Service Representative / Personal Assistant, you'll be the frontline for our customers' needs. Your primary responsibility will be managing our email and social media messages, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. Additionally, you'll have the chance to step into a personal assistant role as needed, helping with events, running errands, and providing overall support to ensure smooth operations.
We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Is a natural at customer service, able to handle inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Can manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Is flexible and willing to take on personal assistant duties for events and other tasks as needed.
• From Malaysia, willing to travel to oversea as needed.
