    Job description

    Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementation of the approved standard operating procedure and coordination of departmental effort for daily shop management: inventory management, reporting, finance, training, personal, shop administration, merchandising display and overall presentation.
  • Responsible for intelligence collection and the respective comments / complaints analysis and reporting.
  • Responsible for revenue generation as well as expenses control to achieve profitability goal of the Boutique.
  • Responsible for motivating & coaching shop sales as a team to achieve the sales and non-sales objectives of Boutique.
  • Responsible for promoting Boutique awareness and enhancing loyalty thru execution of designed and well planned marketing programs.
  • Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Company as and when required.
  • Profile

  • Previous team management experience with minimum 5 years experience
  • Previous sales experience in a luxury Retail boutique
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to develop your own business and build long-lasting client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead staff, help customers and work with upper management
  • In-depth knowledge of the boutique's merchandise, its exact location and its prices
  • Good time management skills to realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives
  • Great customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel heard and helped
  • Conflict management skills to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure efficiency on teams
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning
  • Professional requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any business field
  • Comfortable using Excel, Word, SAP
  • Languages

  • Fluent English
