    Job summary

    To perform company products and promotion sales via telephone and attend to subscriber's applications and sales enquiries.

    To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner.

    . to provide excellent customer service beyond customer expectation.

    . ensure compliance with roles and responsibilities as assigned.

    Job responsibilities:

    • Perform outbound calls to promote company products and promotion and generate targeted sales for the company.
    • Answering and responding to inbound calls on company product promotion & packages, enquiries according to specified practice and procedure.
    • Ensure monthly sales target is achieved
    • To provide accurate information / solution / service with excellent telephone courtesy.
    • Perform, participate and contribute to quality initiatives i.e iso9001.

    Requirements:

    • Good command/fluent in english and bahasa malaysia
    • Minimum: spm holders with SPM certificate
    • Have minimum technical knowledge (internet, broadband)
    • Self motivated, a team player with positive attitude
    • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
