    & SummaryAs part of the Business Development Centre (BDC) within Internal Firm Services, the team supports our priority accounts and client teams with our key service offerings, working with the firm's leadership and relationship partners across Lines of Service (LoS).

    You'll support our key accounts and industry leaders with proposal development, sharing of relevant data and insights and thought leadership publications. You'll also drive the adoption of our customer relationship management platform, Salesforce, by spearheading campaigns and working with internal stakeholders

    The role:

  • Support the Markets Council to drive and monitor key and strategic account plans as well as generate client and industry insights to enhance large scale client value propositions. This includes organising account team meetings, opportunity tracking and revenue reporting, organising touch points with clients and follow-up on opportunities.
  • Assist our partners to deliver value to clients in various business segments and industries, aligned with the firmwide go-to-market strategy. This requires executing and monitoring the progress of firm-wide Markets Council initiatives to track that goals are met.
  • Maintain and expand relationships and network with relevant stakeholders, actively participate with global work streams on key focus areas
  • Support proposal development for key accounts and strategic opportunities, refine value propositions and points of view in adherence to our proposal guidelines.
  • Act as a BDC Business Partner (BP) to the LoS as a single point of contact in BDC to help identify and support key initiatives to drive market growth, coordinate and deliver go-to-market campaigns in terms of profiling & awareness internally and externally.
  • Extract and analyse performance of the key accounts from Salesforce data and report them to management teams on a periodic basis.
  • Drive on-going client feedback programme for the firmwide.
  • Translate and review translation documents from English to Bahasa Malaysia for client deliverables requested by the LoS

  • Skills and experience

  • Good business writing skills with strong working knowledge of Google Suites and MS Office applications, with the ability to translate business language into compelling visuals
  • Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant details. Analytical and proficient in summarising information to formulate recommendations
  • Strong business acumen, excellent organisational and communication skills, with the courage to speak up and share viewpoints
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of market intelligence practices and methodologies would be an advantage
