    Job Description

    Our Motion Graphics Designer plays an essential role in the creation/ adaptation and development of original and exciting commercials and content, as well as the adaptation and localisation of regional masters for hyper local use. They bring exceptional creative thought and craft, developing and delivering projects from brief to end user.

    Expectations of a Motion Graphics Designer

  • Work alongside editors, online artists, producers, creatives and clients to ensure that motion graphics sequences are completed to a high standard
  • Work alongside creative teams and producers to adapt and localize international commercials/content
  • Deliver projects to a high standard within specified time frames
  • Manage and nurture a growing team of 2D motion artists and designers
  • Participate in creative problem solving throughout the production process (including pre-pro)
  • Advise on graphics and support post production team
  • Stay up to date with current moving image trends
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years in Motion Graphics for shortform commercials and/or content
  • Exceptionally proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or other relevant software and technologies including Illustrator
  • Experience with C4D and understanding of 3D software and pipeline for crossover jobs
  • Compelling portfolio of APAC regional work
  • Understanding of encoding/transcoding, codecs, video formats, file types, frame rates, resolutions
  • Ability to pro-actively anticipate obstacles and create edit solutions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Although no specific educational or training qualifications are required for the role, wide experience and knowledge of various software is essential.
  • Naturally well organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines
  • Experience in Healthcare sector is preferred
  • Advantageous

  • In-depth knowledge of best practices for online visual content
  • First-hand working experience with websites & online ads.
  • Experience in creating video and motion graphics.
