    Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis in compensation and benefits trends and practices.
  • Build data models and provide high quality data analysis to support development and implementation of compensation & benefits programs, policies and processes.
  • Participate in, and use, salary surveys to ensure that availability of up-to-date date market data. Monitor market trends, evaluate external competitiveness related to rewards and make recommendations.
  • Provide advisory and guidance to HR Business Partners in compensation related policies and programs
  • Creates and maintain total rewards policies, tools, communication and training materials, in line with industry best practice and evolving trends.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of rewards policies, guidelines and processes.
  • Job Requirements

  • The ideal candidate for this role will need to have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in coming up with creative ways to solve difficult problems.
  • Has the ability to analyse complex information promptly and are able to make informed judgments and provide advice on the best option to progress in line with established process.
  • Ability to quickly learn new applications/tools and processes, propose/negotiate solutions and influence decisions with multiple stakeholders, strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels.
  • Must have strong personal integrity and the capability in dealing with confidential information.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in Total Rewards
  • Must have advanced excel skills
