- Account Management - directly manage key accounts including local and global hotel chains. Develop strong relationship with hotel partners by providing valuable business insights, implementing strategies and driving revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities - including acquiring new hotel partners, initiating campaigns & securing strategic partnerships
- Develop a strategic execution plan to onboard local and global hotel chains and necessary channel manager
- Identify relevant market data and research resources to gather industry benchmarking, emerging trends, technologies and key partners in ASEAN and beyond
- Collaborate with cross-functional team (Product & Tech, Marketing, Legal & Finance) in effectively executing campaigns & growth initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc operational duties & special projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development or Key Account Manager in the hotel industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, services, and industry trends.
