- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in culture management, change management communications, and employee engagement roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective training programs is advantageous.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in culture and change management.
