    • Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

    Change Management Communications

    • Lead the development and execution of communication plans for organizational changes, ensuring transparency, clarity, and employee understanding.
    • Craft compelling messages and content to effectively communicate change initiatives, addressing concerns and fostering a positive attitude toward change.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align communication strategies with the broader organizational goals.

    Culture Enhancement

    • Actively contribute to the development and reinforcement of the organizational culture, values, and behaviors.
    • Identify opportunities to celebrate successes and promote a sense of belonging among employees.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in culture management, change management communications, and employee engagement roles.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and persuasively.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Experience in developing and implementing effective training programs is advantageous.
    • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in culture and change management.
