1. To perform clerical duties and maintain filing systems with good organization.- Updating customer details
- Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers.
- Assist the admin department with all admin activities such as stock management sales process (from issuing DO/Invoice to delivery)
- Record, analyse, report and administer sales activities according to systems and requirements.
- Tracking payments
- Coordinate with salesperson and warehouse department
- To ensure that acknowledgement copies of sales orders and delivery notes are duly returned by the customers & properly filed
- Well-versed in
Autocount software.
