- Oversee overall Die Attach and Wire Bond line equipment sustaining.
- Ensure All Equipment is meeting the shift KPI such as Scheduled down and unscheduled downtime
- Ensure compliance for SOP, spare part, Quality, 6s and EHS.
- Provide timely reporting on shift performance.
- Support supervisors with regards to accomplishing tasks while referring uncommon personnel or technical issues to the supervisor.
- Offer suggestions for performance evaluation; oversee the duties of technicians.
- Carry out diverse skilled activities involving the repair and line sustaining of equipment; designate and monitor the work of personnel to achieve the completion of diverse tasks in relation to line sustaining.
- Ensure equipment and tools in a clean, secure, and appropriate working condition.
