The Offer

• Hong Kong Base Construction MNC
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to RM12,500 + Performance Bonus

The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• To review contract documents and designs.
• To offer and develop suggestions leading to cost savings or more efficient construction.
• Develop MiMEP solutions and suggest alternative procurement options where appropriate.

The Profile

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• At least 6 years' experience of design of MEP services and in construction of buildings or industrial plant.
• Some knowledge of planning procurement would be useful.
• Able to coordinate, supervise and work independently.
• Conversant in BIM application will be advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
• Competency in MS Office / MS Project applications / AutoCAD.
