    About the Role

    Join the our central DevOps Tooling organization at Swift, committed to reshaping the developer experience. As a Junior DevOps Developer, you'll be pivotal in crafting end-to-end delivery pipelines, ensuring seamless integration, deployment of infrastructure and software, and providing essential maintenance and support to our developer community. With a strong focus on real zero-trust strategies, problem-solving capabilities, and customer-oriented approaches, join us on our transformative journey. What to Expect
  • Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable ELK stack solutions.
  • Contribute to integration designs, configurations, and best practices.
  • Perform end-to-end low-level design, development, administration, and delivery of ELK/Java solutions.
  • Analyse problems and propose solutions.
  • Participate in the deployment approach and configuration of the ELK platform.
  • Own the creation, design, and implementation of high-quality Kibana dashboards and visualizations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on operational concerns of integration solutions on ELK platform.
  • Provide timing/scheduling estimates to product owners and propose corrective actions to timelines when necessary.
  • What will make you successful:

  • Min 3 years relevant experience (With University degree).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3+ years of ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) development experience.
  • Expertise in delivering end-to-end ELK/Java solutions.
  • Experience with Unix commands.
  • Strong understanding of cloud concepts, DevOps best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in data analysis and real-time data visualization.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases and JSON format.
  • Experience with REST API integration and design.
  • Familiarity with building application logging solutions and log management.
  • Platform knowledge: RHEL, Openshift.
  • Pipeline: Jenkins, Cloudbees.
  • Deployment: Ansible, Helm, ArgoCD.
  • Middleware: Kafka.
  • Professional Elastic certification preferred.
  • Fluency in English for effective communication.
  • Experience working in an Agile-driven team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with local and remote teams in different time zones.
  • Experience with microservices development and understanding auto-scaling.
  • Added Advantage to Have
