- Minimum of 1 year experience in Operational Risk management in an established financial services institution.
- Knowledge of various Operational Risk management methodologies and with track record of executing the methodology to a holistic risk management framework.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and to articulate loss incidents/fraud in a systematic manner and good problem resolution skills.

Primary Objective:
- Manage an effective Group-wide Operational Risk incident management and reporting procedures and processes to reduce financial and / or reputational impact to the Group.
- Provide complete, accurate and timely reporting of Group operational risk incident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure an effective procedure and process is implemented and maintained to facilitate incident management and reporting of operational risk incidences for the Group.
- Ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting and escalation of operational risk incident.
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
- Preferably member of Institute of Operational Risk (IOR)
