You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions that align with our business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, user needs, and the ability to translate them into actionable product strategies.As the Head of Product Management, you will:-
  • Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision that aligns with the company's overall goals and market trends.
  • Define and strategize product roadmap, taking into consideration competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
  • Prioritize features request based on business impact, customer value, and resource availability.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the product team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Foster a strong partnership with engineering to balance technical feasibility with product vision and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, staying informed about customer needs, preferences, and competitive offerings.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product features, enhancements, and improvements.
  • Requirements:-

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in product management, with a track record of successful product launches and iterations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of product managers.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across various departments and levels of the organization.
  • In-depth understanding of product development methodologies, market analysis, and customer-centered design principles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.
