    JOB SUMMARY
    This role is under Our Shared Services team and provides administrativesupport, correspondence, handles Our ticketing System to manage inquiries andconcerns from employees and people team counterparts regarding general HRservices in the employee lifecycle from pre-boarding to offboarding.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Sort, process and respond to employee and people team inquiries relatedto employee life cycle, compensation and benefits, employee services, competency & performance and payroll via ticketing System (ServiceNow), email, chat or phone.
    • Enter and maintain employee data in Peoplesoft. Update employeemovements including onboarding and offboarding (e.g. hiring, transfer, promotion, termination, resignation) and personal data changes accurately.
    • Produce employee documentation as per defined processes and requests,highlighting gaps to immediate supervisor.
    • Maintain employee (e.g. leave of absence) data in the system such as leave data administration, return to work, leave extension and cancelation administration.
    • Maintain compensation and benefits data in the system (salary datachanges, employee bonus data, off cycle salary increment etc.).
    • Perform administration on all documentations including, but not limitedto, policies, summary plan description, invoices, contracts, P File, and other compliance documentations. Generate letters using build in templates in the system.
    • Escalate non-standard or exception requests for approval/ issues intimely manner regarding People related matters to the Immediate supervisor / Subject Matter Expert.

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Business, Management, Organizational Development, Service Management or relevant field.
    • Have at least 6 months to 1 year Of experience in processing HR transactional tasks, including but not limited to Employee pre- boarding/ off-boarding, benefit administration, employee data management, payroll, HR reporting or other HR general operations.
    • Have prior shared service o customer service experience supporting APAC region or multiple countries (preferred).
    • Good English communication skills, written and verbal.
    • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
    • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
    • Must be comfortable using various Systems and technology.
    • Prior experience in Peoplesoft (Oracle) or other relational HRIS databases (preferred)
    • Prior experience using case management/ticketing tool, ServiceNow (preferred)
    • Working knowledge in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, power point, and Teams.
    • Must have high attention to detail and be focused on accuracy.
    • Must be proactive and a team player.
