- Manage e-commerce daily operations: content management, pricing strategy & campaign planning;
- Update product pricing to match competitors and monthly promotions;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide solutions & alternatives;
- Manage all online activities related to sales & reporting.
- Candidate must possess knowledge in E-Commerce or equivalent;
- Experience working with E-commerce platforms (Lazada and Shopee) is preferred;
- Digital savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, operations & technology;
- Proficient in the language of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Independent and capable of working effectively in a fast paced environment.
