About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

Group Finance

We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

Job Responsibilities

•Prepare monthly data on customer profitability, loans & deposit
•Prepare monthly report on ARM performance and team performance.
•Setting of ARM annual KRA in consultation with business unit head
•Prepare computation for individual ARM and team KRA score on quarterly basis
•Involve in data gathering & performing deep dive analytics as may be required
•Involve in preparing ad-hoc reports for senior management/regulators as & when required.
•To review, manage & enhance system and/or data-mart capabilities to support business needs

Job Requirements

•Preferably a recognized Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics
•Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in the similar field
•Possess strong analytic skills in analyzing financial figures. Independent, resourceful and meticulous in work approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
