- Collaborate with SMEs to systematically capture their skills and knowledge into comprehensive training materials.
- Monitor and track the progress of the development of training materials to ensure timely completion.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify a pool of backup SMEs.
- Develop and implement strategies and training roadmaps to nurture and train these backup SMEs, so as to ensure structured and efficient transfer of knowledge and skills from SMEs to backup SMEs.
- Work with key stakeholders to assess the competency and readiness of these backup SMEs.
- Maintain an updated skills matrix for the organization, regularly assessing and documenting employees' skills and proficiencies.
- Excellent communicator to collaborate and provide updates to senior management.
- Candidates must possess tertiary education, preferably in Engineering or Sciences or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in technical training, curriculum development or instructional design is a big advantage
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong communications and presentation skills
