Responsibilities:

E-Invoice Project Delivery:

• Define, design, build and oversee the implementation and rollout of ERP functional solutions based on SAP S/4 HANA for SAP SD.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute tasks and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to gather requirements, define functional requirement, update functional spec and manage the change request cycle.

SAP SD Configuration and Customization:

• Configure SAP SD modules to support E-Invoice functionality, including master data setup, pricing procedures, billing documents, and output management.
• Customize SAP SD processes to align with E-Invoice regulations and compliance requirements specific to the client's industry and geographic region.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and performance of E-Invoice solutions.

E-Invoice Integration and Interface Management:

• Integrate SAP SD with external systems, government portals, and third-party E-Invoice service providers to enable seamless exchange of electronic invoice data.
• Design and develop interfaces, APIs, and data mappings to facilitate data exchange and communication between SAP SD and external E-Invoice SAP DRC solution.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues, resolve errors, and ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.

Change Management and Training:

• Develop change management strategies and communication plans to facilitate user adoption of E-Invoice solutions and minimize business disruptions.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to end-users on E-Invoice processes, system functionality, and best practices for electronic invoicing.
• Address user feedback, resolve issues, and implement enhancements to optimize the usability and efficiency of E-Invoice systems.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain accurate documentation of E-Invoice requirements, configuration settings, test scripts, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements related to electronic invoicing, including e-documentation standards, digital signatures, and data privacy regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. SAP certification in Sales and Distribution (SD) is preferred.
• 7 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant with a with E-Invoice projects, including hands-on experience in configuring and implementing E-Invoice solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD modules, processes, and integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI) and external systems.
• Experience with E-Invoice standards and protocols, such as Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), XML, UBL, and compliance requirements across different countries and regions.
• Strong understanding of E-Invoice regulations, tax laws, and compliance frameworks, including VAT, GST, and invoicing regulations specific to the client's industry and geographic location.
• Proficiency in SAP SD configuration, pricing procedures, billing documents, output management, and IDoc processing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions to address client needs.
