- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.
- Manage the technical aspects of the Salesforce implementation, including code reviews, enhancements, integrations, and maintenance for a future proof system.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions to drive business outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing developer teams.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Proficient in Salesforce integrations using APIs and external tools.
- Strong SQL and database system knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Preferably holding Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English.
