- Attend complaints for model under care & manage loaner car arrangement to customer (as & when required) & general administrative work.
- Prepare tribunal and legal documentation to be submitted to Legal Team at Motor Division.
- Prepare letter of reply to customer on the critical cases.
- Attending tribunal & court as & when required
- Minimum Degree Holder in Business or relevant scope.
- Strong command of the English Language & Bahasa Malaysia in writing and verbally.
- Excellent/moderate User for Microsoft Word and Excel,
- Advantage if possess knowledge on using CRM and Case Management Systems.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Services in Calls Centre or via face to face.
- Ability to handle irate customer and manage customer emotions.
- Experience in corresponding letters to customers.
