    Responsibilities

  • Attend complaints for model under care & manage loaner car arrangement to customer (as & when required) & general administrative work.
  • Prepare tribunal and legal documentation to be submitted to Legal Team at Motor Division.
  • Prepare letter of reply to customer on the critical cases.
  • Attending tribunal & court as & when required
  • Qualification

  • Minimum Degree Holder in Business or relevant scope.
  • Strong command of the English Language & Bahasa Malaysia in writing and verbally.
  • Excellent/moderate User for Microsoft Word and Excel,
  • Advantage if possess knowledge on using CRM and Case Management Systems.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Services in Calls Centre or via face to face.
  • Ability to handle irate customer and manage customer emotions.
  • Experience in corresponding letters to customers.
