    About the Company

    Our client is engaged in one line of business: the development, manufacturing, marketing, sales and service of semiconductor assembly equipment for the global semiconductor and electronics industries.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Diagnosing and address the design issueto R&D Center and to communicate the defined solution to the Production.
    • Investigate engineering change requests and implement design changes.
    • Support and supervise on technical related items, in the aspect of Procurement, Final Assembly and Quality issue.
    • Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
    • Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
    • Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
    • Work on incremental development of existing modules to increase reliability, ease manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance.

    Other Duties:

    • Production process/procedure improvement and control
    • Quality improvement and control
    • ISO Internal Audit.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
    • 5 to 7 years working experience in Product Development or production, preferably Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing industry.
    • ISO Standards Knowledge is an advantage and prioritize.
    • Knowledge in Plating & Plating process will have added advantage.
    • Possess own car transport

    Technical Competencies Required:

    • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering BOM, drawings, Eplan.
    • Understanding of Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) is an advantage and prioritize.
    • Understanding of cost drivers within manufacturing and across the supply chain.
    • Good knowledge of mechanical parts evaluation and qualification.
    • Understanding of assembly procedures.
    • Good knowledge of 3D CAD, CREO 2.0 and CREO View Express.
    • Basic usage knowledge of Multimeter, Clamp meter or other similar tools.
    • Computer Literate (word processing, spread sheets, data base).
    • User experience on SAP ERP is an advantage and prioritize.
    • Experience in panel building or wiring work will be an added advantage.

    Remuneration:

    RM 6,000 - RM 7,000
