Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for branch's performance in sales, service and compliance;
• Guide, motivate and drive branch staff towards achieving shared goals;
• Develop new business and maintain strong relationship with customers and the community;
• Maintain branch safety and security standards.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent;
• Min. 2 years' experience in branch operations, compliance or in leadership / management role;
• Good knowledge of banking products and services with strong customer service skills;
• Holding a Wealth & Banca product licenses (IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILI & TBE) will be an added advantage;
• Possess high energy level with proven track record in sales achievement;
• Comfortable with a goal-oriented environment.
