- Perform mechanical setup.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Perform various machine operating setups to support production.
- Maintain a safe work ethic.
- Communicate machine and process technical information to required departments.
- Observe machinery to detect malfunctions and ensure safe and effective operation of packaging machines in compliance with company SOPs and customer set instructions.
- Checking and understanding the machine in each part operated.
- Review and understand instructions from superiors to perform required packing procedures.
- Carry out the operation of the machines in the factory according to the part operated.
- Operate packaging & sticker machines. Handling goods up to Finished-Good.
- Make distribution of goods to the Driver.
- Perform daily operations of technical equipment according to established procedures.
- Supervise and monitor machine performance and report any problems to the technical supervisor.
- Other duties as directed from time to time.
- Diploma in Engineering or related course.
- Work experience in the field of technical operations is an advantage.
- Expertise in understanding and operating technical equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly.
- Ability to work in a team and willing to work overtime if needed.
- Ability to communicate well and report to supervisor regularly.
