    About the Role

    Mindvalley is looking for a seasoned Head of HR Operations, skilled in overseeing global HR functions with a particular emphasis on global compensation and benefits, reporting, policies, and managing a remote and distributed workforce. This role involves ensuring HR strategies are effectively aligned with our organizational goals, including readiness for significant milestones like investor funding rounds. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse HR operations, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies that support a dynamic, international workforce.

    Responsibilities

    Global Compensation and Benefits:

  • Lead and optimize HR operations, focusing on competitive and equitable practices across various regions.
  • Assess and adjust compensation structures to align with market trends and organizational objectives.
  • HR Policy Development:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive HR policies, adapting to diverse legal and cultural environments globally.
  • Ensure HR policies effectively support organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Global Mobility and Compliance:

  • Oversee global mobility programs, including expatriate management and immigration compliance.
  • Implement strategies for effective relocation and cross-border workforce integration.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics

  • Implement and maintain robust HR reporting systems for data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide insightful analytics to support strategic HR and business initiatives.
  • Strategic HR Project Guidance:

  • Offer strategic guidance on HR projects, including technology implementations and organizational changes.
  • Ensure alignment of HR projects with broader business strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams for significant financial events, ensuring HR alignment and compliance.
  • Facilitate strategic HR involvement in business transactions and organizational milestones.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Leadership and Strategic Planning: Exceptional ability to lead and strategize in a multinational context.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong skills in global stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Mindset: Proficient in developing practical, effective HR solutions through analytical thinking.
  • Experience:

  • Extensive experience in HR operations with a strong background in global compensation and benefits, HR policies, and remote work.
  • Familiarity with financial and legal aspects related to significant business transactions (i.e. IPO and/or investor rounds $> 50M), with a focus on HR compliance and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR operations in a diverse, international environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of global HR practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Reporting and Evaluation Metrics:

  • Effectiveness in developing and executing global compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Success in implementing comprehensive, compliant HR policies across various regions.
  • Efficiency and accuracy in HR reporting and analytics, contributing to strategic decisions and organizational planning.
