    Description
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years proven experience working with CNC machinery, including troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and improvement.
    • Strong knowledge of CNC programming, PLC systems and relevant software applications, including excellent problem-solving skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure optimal functionality and strict adherence to safety standards.
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair technical issues associated with CNC machines includes addressing problems across electrical, mechanical and software, including demonstrating a proficiency in different technical problem-solving.
    • Prevent unexpected breakdowns and prolong equipment lifespan, the position involves executing preventive maintenance tasks like lubrication, cleaning and calibration. Proactive approach aims to enhance machine reliability and durability.
    • Collaborate with production teams to identify process improvements and recommend modifications for highest machine performance and efficiency. Accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities to track equipment performance and identify recurring issues. Staying abreast of industry trends ensures compliance with the latest CNC technology standards and regulations, implementing best practices for sustained excellence.
