- Develops standard HR Analytics dashboards and supports HR Business Partners in building custom reports.
- Develops databases to secure data insights and assists in adding the results to monthly local and global Executive reports.
- Performs Adhoc HR data analysis to support HR and other business units to resolve critical concerns.
- Collects and consolidates human resources metrics with collaboration across various HR departments including business partners, recruiting, etc.
- Acts as liaison with HRIS, to ensure consistent data and reporting between HRIS and HR Analytics.
- As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
- Job Knowledge and Skill: Intermediate skills in data analysis, with demonstrate ability to collect data, analyze, simplify and concisely convey complex ideas and, provide insights from variety of data sources. Basic knowledge in data mining and research methodologies. Highly proficient with MS office tools.
- Computer Skills: Advance knowledge of Excel spreadsheet with some knowledge in statistic tools.
- Experience: Three or more years of HR related professional analytical experience with demonstrated ability to handle huge volume of data.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related human resources or financial discipline.

Job Summary
Performs data validation/analysis and prepares a variety of reports using data extracted from the HR systems and other sources. Builds and/or maintain analytic tools to effective analyze and deliver solutions to business. Supports statistical analysis and runs periodic reports based on established models. Supports HRBP and other functions by running Adhoc reports/analysis to solve raising concerns/demand. Collects, analyzes, and prepares management reports on human resources metrics including turnover and DEI representation.
