    Vice President - Social Media, Brand & Communications FV) Description
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy plan aligned with the overall communications and marketing strategy of the bank
  • Manage the bank's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Evaluate new and emerging social media platforms, making recommendations for (or against) establishing channels for the bank or its business units.
  • Maintain the relevant social media and content-related policies and guidelines, in-line with those created by Group Brand & Communications (Singapore)
  • Work with stakeholders and creative agencies to create engaging and relevant social content in-line with the brand guidelines to increase customer attention and engagement
  • Develop community management strategy and service levels in collaboration with the relevant business units.
  • Track social media buzz (social listening), and make recommendations for social media communications in crisis situations
  • Track and analyse social media metrics, and create insightful reports where data-driven decisions can be undertaken. These metrics include follower engagement, reach, conversion rate and customer feedback
  • Build brand awareness and consumer engagement through campaigns, contests, promotions on social media.
  • Ensure that all content is suitable for the Malaysian market and adheres to the bank's standards and brand image.
  • Identify online trends that may be tastefully trend jacked into content that helps elevate brand equity.
  • Collaborate with the relevant marketing colleagues to convert social media following into bank customers.
  • Qualifications
  • Creative, analytical, and well-informed about the latest social media trends and relevant policies, both in Malaysia and globally.
  • Strong command of English, with a solid understanding of Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to build and manage a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work confidently across divisions.
  • Familiarity with Performance media, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) will be a bonus
