- Secretarial & Administrative Support
- Provide high level quality secretarial and administrative support to the Head Wealth Management & Affluent Segment.
- Perform day to day secretarial support.
- Provide administrative support to the teams.
- Prepare/Coordinate the preparation of business documents.
- Organization, filing and distribution of office materials.
- Scheduling of appointments, coordination of meeting and actively managing the calendar of the Head Wealth Management & Affluent Segment.
- Arrange /prepare logistic matters of business trips including air ticket, hotel accommodation and transportation.
- Follow up outstanding issues with internal department or external customers as directed by Head Wealth Management & Affluent Segment.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
