- Assist Campaign Managers and Account Managers in planning, coordinating and executing KOL/Influencer Campaigns.
- To craft KOL campaign proposal decks based on proposed strategies.
- To develop clear & concise KOL briefing guides.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to create compelling KOL content ideas and strategies
- To always uphold brand equity by ensuring that all content postings are engaging & authentic, and tailored in accordance to each Social Media platform's guidelines.
- Initiate inquiries into KOL rates, skillfully negotiating rates or content agreements tailored to KOL & client's needs.
- Identify potential rising stars in the social media world, with a primary focus on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Other platforms include X, XHS, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Mass Communication or related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Well versed in the Social Media world and possesses knowledge in digital platforms, including IG, FB and TikTok.
- Exceptional organizational skills and detailed-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (ENG is mandatory, BM/CHI is a bonus)
