- Research and Develop Algorithms: Design, research, and develop innovative anti-fraud algorithms that cater to various e-commerce scenarios, driving better user experience and decreasing the loss caused by fraud action. Contribute to the production of scalable and optimized anti-fraud AI and ML models for identifying fraudulent behaviors in e-commerce.
- Model Optimization: Continuously iterate and optimize the performance of models, ensuring accuracy and scalability
- Data Analysis: Deeply analyze user behavior data and item info data to gain insights into fraud pattern, and enhance the effectiveness of the models
- Business and Algorithm Integration: Understand the business objectives and design algorithms to achieve the goal
- Industry Trends Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest trends in anti-fraud systems and relevant techniques, and explore opportunities to do Algorithm innovation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or the related field
- 3+ years of work experience in AI engineering or anti-fraud
- Excellent coding abilities, familiar with Linux, proficient in C++/Python
- Solid foundation in machine learning theory and familiar with common anti-fraud models, proficient in using deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow/Caffe/MXNet/PyTorch
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, fast learner and highly organised
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in the e-commerce domain is preferred
