    Description

    As a CYBELE Program IT & Data Lead , your missions will be to:

    • Implement one unique digital platform to develop & manage product specifications (raw and pack material specifications, product and pack recipe specifications, finish product specifications, process specifications and label specifications, finished goods specifications)
    • Organize the digital data flow and business processes of those specifications from R&I (Research & Innovation) to Manufacturing and Artwork. All D2D (Design to Delivery) functions and MDM business functionals directly impacted but also Regulatory and Artwork, and by extension Sales and Topline.

    The solution chosen is Infor and is an industry standard PLM system that will be configurated to Danone category needs, with minor customization, capable to be seamlessly integrated into the application landscape of Danone, in particular ERP, MDM, Supplier Portal, LIMS, Artwork, Data & Analytics platform, Advanced Formulation tool, Project Portfolio Management.

    The aim of the next 3 years is to implement the core solution in all +50 R&I centers, together with piloting the integration to the application landscape in a few key factories. The implementation at full scale should happen in years 4 and 5 of the program.

    The IT & Data Program Lead role is a key element in the ecosystem, co-leading with the R&I program leader the implementation within the IT landscape together with the IT & Data product team, the System Integrator, Infor, and the business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting project timeline, coordinating and monitoring deliverables, updating relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress, coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them and implementing the core solution within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. In addition to preparing and executing deployments when the solution ready.

    About you

    You will a great success in this position, because:

    • you hold bachelor/master's in computer science technologies or engineering
    • you have proven track record of completed ERP, supply chain, MDM, PLM (or similar) implementation projects in highly complex corporate organizations
    • you have senior or significant experience in PLM
    • you have knowledge of data management practices (incl. data flow, SQL, data extraction logic, modeling, validation, data quality, data cleansing)
    • you have strong experience and knowledge of the food and beverage market
    • you have technical ability and self sufficiency
    • you are able to deal with high complexity i.e. understand requests/requirements/issues and respond in a timely professional way

    Nice to have:

    • experience in product management in agile framework (SCRUM)
    • experience with task/bug tracking software (JIRA)
    • experience or education in Snowflake, IICS
    • experience in Process Industry
