- Initiate improvement on tools to support working process/experience of Shopee BD team and Sellers via
- New feature request
- Feature improvement request
- Explore other markets/competitors and benchmark with current TH tools
- Help testing/ feedback to product team in UAT/Demo session and gather feedback from other BD users
- Give input to Regional on new improvement, suggest feedback if feature doesn't match with current business need or doesn't work as expected
- Monitor TH BD features request result and roll out new improvement to user
- Bachelor/ Master Degree in business related fields
- Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills at all times
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Good at execution and project management
- Strong interpersonal skills, be able to collaborate with cross functional teams
- Excellent communication capability in both Thai and English
- Driven, self-managed, and self-initiated
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
