- Capable in developing business strategies, implementing business plans and maintaining customer relations.
- Communicate and provide solution to the customer as and when there is issue pops out and ensure customer satisfaction.
- As a coordinator between customer and internal team.
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company;
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department;
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients;
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients;
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients;
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
- Responsible for collection of payments from customers
- Prospect for new customers and bring in new business
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management whenever necessary
- Provide timely feedback to manager regarding customerâs feedback.
- Training will be provided
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MRP.
- Flexible to work additional hours if necessary.
- Self-discipline and good communication skills.
- Good negotiations and problem-solving skills.
- Good commercial acumen, able to identify business opportunity and close business deals, besides of gathering market intelligent with professionalism.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research.
- Experience in Paper Printing or Corporate sales is an added advantage
- Pleasant personality, self-motivated and team work
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to deal customer
- Possess own transport
- Diploma, Bachelorâs Degree in Business Administration Management or Business Studies or related qualification
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
