- Safety and Health Management System documentation, implementation and records.
- Activities related to Legal Requirements and Government Regulation.
- Coordinate annual Safety Training Program.
- Inspection at workplace and investigation to any occupational or work-related accidents.
- Company's accident statistics, monitoring and analysis on the safety achievements.
- Safety & Health Committees in organizing safety programs.
- Conduct orientation and briefing to new employees & contractor regarding Health and Safety policy.
- Coordinate service and maintenance all safety equipment's in order at all times.
- Audit for ISO Environmental Management System), ISO Occupational Health and Safety).
- ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 responsibility: -
- a) Inspect workplace to determine if such nature liable to cause bodily injury to any person working at workplace.
- b) Investigate any accident, near miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease which happened at workplace.
- c) Assist EHS committee in organizing and implementing OSH programs.
- d) Assist EHS committee in any inspection of workplace of checking the effectiveness and efficiency of any measures taken in compliance with the Act or any regulations.
- e) Collect, analyze and maintain statistics on any accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning and occupational disease occurred at workplace.
- f) Assist in carrying out duty under the Act or any regulations made under the Act.
