    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the semiconductor industry, focusing on MES and AI solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understanding their needs and requirements to effectively promote our solutions.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the semiconductor market, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate leads and close deals.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services, effectively communicate their value propositions, and conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and development.
    • Manage the sales pipeline, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using RM software.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently driving revenue growth and profitability for the company.

    Job Requirements

    • Good Proficiency in Mandarin and English
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Proven track record of successful sales experience within the semiconductor industry, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies within the semiconductor manufacturing context.
    • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and supply chain dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels of the organization.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
    • Proficiency in RM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
