    Job Description:

    The Finance Analyst role is primarily to assist the existing Business Process Leads to ensure timely closure of month end accounting books (both under US GAAP and Local GAAP) for the entire Group and produce financial reports and reconciliations which are complete, accurate and authorized within pre-set boundaries as outlined by standard operating and control procedures.

    Details of key responsibilities includes the following: -
    • Processing Accounts Receivable and incoming payments in compliance with company policies.
    • Responsible for Accounts Receivable month end closing.
    • Facilitate payment of invoices due.
    • Process Sundry Billings
    • Verify discrepancies by and resolve customers' billing issues.
    • Managing customer profiles in Systems.
    • Assist in process improvement procedure as required by the management team.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with auditors, tax agents and other relevant professionals and authorities.
    • Develop and enhance company-related financial processes.
    • Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
    • Able to handle any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.

    Requirements:
    • Candidates must possess at least a Professional Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
    • At least 2 years of working experience is required for this position.
    • Having shared service experiences is preferred.
    • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes is desired.
    • Experience in using ERP systems is an added advantage.
    • Work towards a tight deadline.
    • Self-driven, motivated, and should be able to function independently as well as should be comfortable working in a team environment.
    • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
    • Computer literate - strong in Microsoft Excel.
    • High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability.
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
