    Accounts Payable Executive

    Overview of Position:

    We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team, supporting countries within a global organization. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the accounts payable processes related to travel and expenses focusing to process and verification of credit card expenses, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely reimbursement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage corporate credit card transactions efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage account postings of employees expenses reports for payment related to travel and expenses.
    • Review and process corporate credit card statements, ensuring accurate coding and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
    • Verify expenses submitted through corporate credit cards, meticulously checking receipts and documentation for completeness and compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Reconcile corporate credit card statements, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate accounting of all transactions.
    • Prepare and maintain reports and records related to accounts payable activities, providing regular updates to management.
    • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including employees and vendors, to resolve issues and answer queries related to accounts payable.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline account payable processes and contribute process improvements.
    • Any other duties as instructed by the AP Lead

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business admin or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a shared services or relevant industry
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations and compliance standards.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
