- Documentation Manager/ Senior Team Leads with documentation background.
- Data Processing work related to the logistic field: search, analyst, audit input, as well as reporting management.
- Email communication and liaise with customers and vendors.
- Ensure discrepancies are escalated for prompt resolution.
- Perform administrative and documentation functions.
- Continuously improve on the existing business process.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery.

- Supervising employees during day-to-day tasks
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Shipping/Supply chains/ Logistics Related field.
- Preferable candidate with managerial experience – supervisory/ leadership/ team management capacity.

- Support ongoing learning and development of team members.
- Providing leadership and direction to all employees.
- Completing tasks assigned accurately and efficiently.
