    Objectives of the Position

  • Lead global project with high complexity and medium budget for transactional processes (e.g. project management office (PMO), resource steering, etc.)
  • Support the implementation of Project NGBA and FUEL (TM) for Asia Pacific from Pilot Phase to subsequent roll-out in Asia Pacific and any other project within GB scope

    • Main Tasks

  • Evaluate and prioritize activities and ensure the harmonization of global, regional and local projects with sites and regions
  • Identification of strategic process requirements of all relevant stakeholders in BASF and structured handover to the responsible Process Owner
  • Assure integrated planning and constant alignment with respective Operating and Central Divisions, Competence Centers, Service Centers and local Master Data Teams
  • Focus on content - Responsible for change management and consulting on master data structure
  • Coordination of data validation activities
  • Lead the discussion to drive closures on the SC related activities prior to go live
  • Prepare and conduct project status updates to relevant stakeholders and project steering committee
  • Coordination of country-specific training materials (called Handbooks) as aids training and communication.

    • Requirements

    Education

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university
  • Major/minor in business field, e.g. Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, preferred

    • Working Experience

  • >10 years in supply chain roles, e.g. transportation, planning, customer service
  • Project management

    • Technical & Professional Knowledge

  • Supply Chain certifications and PMI preferred, e.g. APICS, Lean Six Sigma
  • High proficiency in SAP R3 and S/4 in the module of OTC, TM, MM, etc.
  • Expert knowledge of master data concepts, enterprise structure
  • Interfaces
