    Job Description
    Job Summary:
    • Provide PC network and technical support to all internal and external clients
    Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
    Provision of User Support
    • Receive and log all requests and incidents.
    • Manage all e-mails, response times, and resolution times according to service level agreements (SLA)
    • Aid and troubleshoot problems according to service level agreements (SLA)
    • Manage desktop uptimes
    • Procure, service, and replace components to ensure end user satisfaction
    • Component level troubleshooting and management of mobile and desk side devices
    • Ensure closure of desktop and related incidents, requests, or projects within SLA and quality requirements
    • Install, repair, and troubleshoot software
    • Upgrade software
    • Install service packs, applications, and remote management
    • Provide service desk support as per demand requirements
    Installation of New or Upgraded PCs
    • Install operating system and software (machine image)
    • Install service packs
    • Transfer data from old machines
    • Assign asset names
    • Ensure user satisfaction
    • Project administration or management
    Running of System Health Checks
    • Ensure that anti-virus updates are run regularly on all laptops and desktops
    • Run regular server health checks
    • Run daily back-up and tape changes
    • Run monthly back-ups
    • Run service packs and Windows updates when required
    • Record and report on any anomalies, incidents, technical problems, or risk issues
    • Test machines to ensure that they meet requirements and standards


    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • IT-related diploma or degree
    • A+, N+ certification
    • Certification in SQL; DATABASE; MCSE is advantageous
    Minimum Experience:
    • At least 3 years working experience in a similar role/PC support environment
    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Good communication and influencing skills, solution-oriented
    • Strong customer and service orientation
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work with diverse cultures and multiple levels
    • Proficiency in English is a must, demonstrate fluency in Thai both written and spoken
    • Good knowledge of MS Office and a range of PC applications
