- Performing reconciliation of marketplace fees charged between Seller Centre and SAP to ensure financial records are correct and timely resolution for any reconciliating items noted
- Working together with business stakeholders/vendors to resolve issues surrounding marketplace invoices and payments
- Monitoring sellers with debit balances and ensure timely follow up for collections
- Retaining invoices and/or relevant correspondence necessary for statutory record keeping
- Performing weekly bank reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Preparing relevant indirect tax submission to the authorities
- Supporting Senior Analyst and Manager in gathering relevant information for audit and other ad-hoc duties
- Currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Commerce or working towards Professional Accounting Qualification such as ACCA, MICPA or CIMA
- Good knowledge and understanding of Finance processes and accounting entry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of excel
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
- Pro-active and good team player
- Ability to complete a variety of related tasks
