- Review seller, business and product information, short videos, and livestreams to ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
- Provide Customer Service towards Ecommerce platform.
- Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as well as optimization at scale.
- Collaborate with other functions of the E-commerce business unit to complete the designated work to meet the team's goal
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
- Able to speak in Mandarin

- Working 24/7 (8 hours), Between Monday to Sunday 5 working days, 2 days off
- Working Location in Bayan Baru, Penang.
