    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Review seller, business and product information, short videos, and livestreams to ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
    • Provide Customer Service towards Ecommerce platform.
    • Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as well as optimization at scale.
    • Collaborate with other functions of the E-commerce business unit to complete the designated work to meet the team's goal

    Job Requirements

    • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
    • Able to speak in Mandarin
    • Great attitude for customer service
    • Eye for details
    • Working 24/7 (8 hours), Between Monday to Sunday 5 working days, 2 days off
    • Working Location in Bayan Baru, Penang.
    • Able to join ASAP (with RM 5000 sign on bonus)
